i joined best buy in 2005 as a part timer and with in the 1st month i already realized that this is the company i wanna work for and this is the career i want to develop and do and here we are in 2023 and and i went from part timer to a full time to a department supervisor and to department manager and finally to a Store Manager.My passion is winning and helping people to win and that happen by coaching, training, developing, observing behavios of the team and also making sure all the operating procedures are followed correctly and making sure putting in place a business plan and an action plan in order to meet our goal.
