Subject matter expert for the Settings and Out of Box Experiences for all Fire TV device types for millions of users internationally • Streamline, standardize, and template the OOBE experience to share knowledge with stakeholders and aligning across other devices in our ecosystem to enhance the customer experience by minimzing unnecessary touchpoints • Launched multiple devices internationally across existing and new device categories, as well as features meant to enhance accessibility, bolster security & privacy in alignment with evolving standards, and added new device capabilities & compatibility • Served as one of the Leads for 2022 of our Black designer employee resource group and supported the new POC-targeted apprenticeship program by having open dialogues where apprentices could have discussions about adjusting to corporate culture, developing their design practice, and challenging pushback from stakeholders • Served on panels for multiple internal DEI events discussing race in media, art, and the workplace • 2020 - Hosted and led Q&A panels for Conflux, Amazon’s internal company-wide design conference
