Pro-actively highlighting any expected out of stock/ageing risks and opportunities on a continuous basis. Creating allocation parameters by product line/customer in order to prioritize fulfillment for constrained items when needed.• Initiated a couple of projects to change warehousing/inbound and outbound service providers to lower cost, enhance service and minimize risks. Working collaboratively to ensure the right execution on time and on budget with proper communication and excellent customer service.
