ABOUT KHALED FARAG

I am an experienced Actuarial and Retirement Consultant with over 17 years of demonstrated expertise in retirement benefits\' design and actuarial consultations. Prior to my current role, I spent nearly 9 years as a Senior Associate with Mercer, where I gained exceptional experience working with social insurance schemes, government, semi-government, and private organizations in the Middle East with the main focus of adding value to my clients.Earlier in my career, I served as the Pension and Actuarial Team Coordinator at the Egyptian Ministry of Finance for 6 years. During this time, I was involved in various Social Insurance and Reform projects and conducted valuations for occupational pension schemes.Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for exceeding clients\' expectations, reflected in my track record of retaining client relationships for over 9 years and consistently receiving positive feedback. My commitment to providing exceptional service has earned me a well-deserved reputation as a trusted advisor in my field.My key focus areas include actuarial consultations, employee benefits design and valuation, social insurance policy formation and pension reforms.I am proud to be an Associate of both the Canadian and UK\'s Institute of Actuaries with certifications in the fields of actuarial science, retirement provisions, and data science. I hold a bachelor\'s degree in Actuarial Science (with honors) from Cairo University and a master\'s degree from the University of Kent (with distinction).Outside of work, I am a Co-Founder of MuziWorld, a comprehensive early education learning platform for kids.
