As a Project scheduler for Suedlink project, My responsibilities include planning and documentation, which involves creating detailed schedules, tender plans, and bills of materials, and ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the overall project. I also handle project management and coordination by assisting team members with methodological and organizational issues, processing change requests, and coordinating the planning and updating of project schedules. A key part of my role is analysis and optimization, where I analyze master schedules for potential improvements and develop and coordinate measures to address any deviations. Finally, I am responsible for reporting and quality assurance, ensuring timely project reporting and establishing and evolving the project baseline to maintain quality.
