ABOUT KHALED ELHOSSAMY

Offering over 25 years of experience in public accounting, management accounting and finance field with GAAP emphasis and experience in budgeting, financial statements, and leadership. Has a good experience with Healthcare, Telecommunication, Whole sale, Non-profit industries. In terms of accounting software, I have experience with General Dynamics Great Plains, Sage Intacct and Blackbaud. In past roles, have been responsible for teams up to 15 employees while working with senior-level management, board members and outside vendors.Accounting•Direct and manage day-to- day activities of the accounting, treasury, budgeting & planning.•Proper preparation and presentation of the company’s financial reports and budget analysis.•Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and ensure adequate financial resources.•Develop strong internal and financial controls, information systems, reporting systems, and analytic tools that effectively help top management.•Review and sign-off, as necessary, any contracts into which the Company may enter.•Maintain and update the corporate accounting system to keep the system in compliance with the GAAP and local regulations.• Develop effective relationships with external parties.•Ensure full compliance with the applicable tax laws and regulations.•Assist with the preparation of the annual budgets for review & approval of the Board of Directors.Systems Development•Direct and ensure that the IT and systems needs of the Finance Department are identified and timely and effectively met through the development of appropriate systems with the support of the IT department and software providers to address the business needs.
