Contributed to Lumen’s AT & T divestiture program by leading and coordinating Network IT workstreams supporting Quantum Fiber and enterprise fiber network platforms. Supported the separation, migration, and validation of fiber service provisioning, order orchestration, and service assurance systems through the development and testing of TM Forum (TMF) Open APIs across the OSS/BSS stack. Coordinated technical dependencies involving microservices, API gateways, and AWS-hosted services to enable accurate address qualification, service activation, and fiber order fulfillment. Managed RAID items, tracked API and integration readiness, and supported cross-functional teams (Architecture, Development, QA, Network Engineering, and Operations) to ensure standards compliance, successful end-to-end testing, and production readiness across the cloned Quantum Fiber environment. Collaborated closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration with core fiber network systems, provisioning platforms, and API-driven services.
