Working primarily on the manufacturing floor and working cross-functionally, interfacing with engineering, planning, and production to ensure production goals are being met• Build a strong, motivated production control team capable of consistently managing raw material and finished goods inventory• Ensure efficient, timely raw material replenishment to ensure production teams can meet aggressive production targets• Empower the production control team to collaborate with production to improve consumption processes to ensure replenishment programs remain successful• Ensure adherence to all production control processes as lined out in the Standardized work Instructions and make sure that all team members get the needed training and support to be successful• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure best practices across production control
