I bring deep technical and scientific expertise in aerosol drug products and substances, developing and validating innovative analytical methodologies for both small molecules and biological agents.In my role, I manage critical analytical equipment, ensure compliance with the highest quality standards, and provide expert guidance on specialized chromatography techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, and LC-MS. I actively support our Pharmaceutical Development Units (PDUs), contributing to both revenue-generating and internal projects focused on aerosol-based delivery technologies.Beyond technical contributions, I collaborate closely with the Business Development team, supporting proposal generation, client interactions, and strategic project discussions. I also manage key client relationships, ensuring clear communication, high-quality deliverables, and long-term partnerships.I lead training sessions to strengthen team capabilities and drive novel R&D initiatives, pioneering new inventions in aerosol drug delivery. My expertise spans characterization of aerosolised pharmaceutical formulations via aerodynamic size distribution (NGI, ACI), Morphologically-Directed Raman Spectroscopy (MDRS), and optimization/testing of dry powder inhalers (DPIs) and metered dose inhalers (MDIs).As a recognized Specialist, I present research findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals, bridging cutting-edge science with industry impact.
