With over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, I lead multidisciplinary teams across Qualification & Validation, Cleaning Validation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Technical Engineering. My expertise spans the full lifecycle management of equipment and systems—ensuring strict compliance with GMPband other global regulatory requirements. I have successfully overseen major technical projects including equipment commissioning, process validation, facility upgrades, and technology transfers. My leadership ensures operational efficiency through robust maintenance and calibration programs for critical systems. I specialize in developing and implementing risk-based validation strategies for equipment, utilities, and automated systems, and have played a key role in optimizing cleaning validation processes to maintain the highest product safety and quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—such as QA, Manufacturing, and R&D—I drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation. As a senior technical liaison, I interface with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and auditors, ensuring transparency and compliance. I also provide strategic and disciplinary leadership to engineering and validation teams, fostering technical growth and high performance.
