Studying the BOQ and list of Makes once the Project is awarded.Preparing Materials Trackers as per BOQ and finalizing the Makes to arrange Technical Data Sheet (TDS) & Samples for consultant approvals for first fix materials.Then sending enquires to various vendors as per the list of makes given in the BOQ.Making comparison statements of LT & HT Panels, Bus ducts, cable trays & raceways, HT & LT Cables, wires & flexibles, switch & sockets, DB\'s Plug & Sockets, LPS, battery charger, Fire sealant, Data cables, UPS & STS, Isolation Transformers etc,Sending Target prices for vendor finalization after final negotiations with L1 Vendor.Preparing LOI / Draft PO\'s after Vendor finalized and releasing Purchase orders.Releasing Dispatch Clearances to the vendor after the samples / TDS approval.Follow-up\'s for the deliveries and coordination with logistics.Arranging Test Reports for RA Bills to get the clients payment.Making pending statements for all the billable materials and sending timely reminders to vendors.Guiding subordinates.Coordination with site team.Follow up with Accounts team for settlement of vendor payments.Updating Material Trackers as per project team request.Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency across departments.
