Achieve mission, financial, and strategic goals through effective budget planning, implementation, and oversight, maximizing financial contribution to the organization-Oversee the development of training program curricula to meet the competency and success of participants through effective instructional methods-Develop programs and instructional pathways for participants at all levels of training-Manage skills training and vocational services in support of the program\'s financial, mission, training, continuous quality improvement, and marketing goals-Contribute and develop goals, budget plans, and services in line with Goodwill\'s strategic plan and in accordance with grant and contract requirements towards training program credentials and curricula-Recruit, hire, develop, and supervise qualified personnel-Develop new and maintain existing community training providers to meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities for training programs and establish tools to close knowledge gaps-Guide and support trainers/instructors on classroom design for optimal learning environments-Knowledge of training program credentials and changes with industry/employer needs to sustain admirable instructional and credential delivery-Participate in cross-division and department teams for marketing and technology strategies-Develop and maintain quality relationships with stakeholders such as training partners and WFD Service managers-Submit monthly reports on progress toward goals-Provide oversight to regional teams to ensure the success of partnerships and joint ventures to support funding sources and obtain key outcomes for training programs-Interpret and explain eligibility and reporting requirements, and budget of contracts and grants-Monitor contract and MOU compliance and proactively interact with funders, subcontractors, and community partners to resolve issues and discuss changes in requirements.
