With a Master\'s degree in Chemistry and consecutive qualifications in GATE 2013, 2014, 2015 and CSIR-UGC-NET-JRF 2013 and 2014, my journey in the chemical/ crude oil analysis and quality control realm has been both challenging and rewarding. As an Area Manager (Chemistry) at ONGC, I oversee the chemistry aspect of our operations in a specific oilfield area, leading a dedicated team of 13 members. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from monitoring crude oil characteristics and ensuring flow assurance for tough crude oil to overseeing the quality of effluent treatment, water injection, and surfactant polymer plants. Specializing in the sampling and analysis of crude oil and natural gas, I handle sophisticated equipment like UV spectrophotometers, Kinematic viscometer, Hydrometer and rheometers with ease, contributing to the characterization of SP slugs and testing for H2S content in natural gas.My proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, combined with technical expertise in chemical sampling and analysis, allows me to compile and interpret data for enhancing quality performance across all upstream surface crude operations. A significant milestone in my career was contributing as a key team member to the implementation of the SP Kalol pilot plant, focusing on its chemistry components.What drives me is the opportunity to lead a team on interdisciplinary work, fostering an environment where innovation, integrity, and teamwork are the cornerstones of our operations. I am passionate about leveraging my position to introduce changes that enhance operational efficiencies and quality outcomes.Looking ahead, my professional aspirations are to continue advancing in my field while embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
