My responsibilities include preparing and reviewing supporting documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for business immigration filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USCIS requirements. I respond swiftly and accurately to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), drafting responses based on detailed case analysis and attorney guidance. Additionally, I conduct thorough analyses of foreign national documents to assess immigration status and eligibility, ensuring the correct petition strategy is employed.
