This initiative provided executives with full operational visibility—an essential tool for informed decision-making. My time at DC Water was equally rewarding; working at the world’s largest wastewater treatment plant allowed me to define key performance indicators that optimized existing infrastructure capacity.One of my proudest moments was during my tenure at Shell where I managed a $1.5 million annual OPEX budget while implementing maintenance practices that significantly reduced costs. Additionally, at Philip Morris International, I spearheaded digital transformation initiatives that increased organization-wide digital literacy by 45%.
