I provide premium technical assistance to ensure that WordPress websites and applications remain optimized, secure, and operational. This includes writing custom NGINX directives (for caching, redirections, geolocation-based rules, and security headers), configuring PHP settings, utilizing WP-CLI to resolve WordPress issues, analyzing PHP/server logs, and using performance monitoring tools to troubleshoot complex configuration issues.Since the launch of Kinsta\'s Application and Database Hosting services in late 2022, my role has evolved to support modern cloud-native workflows. I assist developers with deploying applications and databases through MyKinsta, troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, and ensure successful builds and releases.One key area of contribution involves bridging the gap between local development and production environments by helping developers deploy applications directly from Git providers to the cloud. This often requires coordinating across environments, resolving deployment issues efficiently, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Through this experience, I\'ve cultivated skills in stakeholder communication, workflow optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and technical problem-solving.
