Rowan is building customized, scalable data center infrastructure for hyperscale clients who share our commitment to sustainability. We deliver next-gen, mission critical infrastructure in a sustainable way. As Head of Biz Ops and People, I am keenly focused on helping Rowan scale through operational excellence and empowering our most valuable asset - our people. This includes developing two core functions- Strategic Operations: I create the strategies and operations needed for efficiency, sustainability, and scale. Test, build and iterate is my focus. This means I lead strategic and business planning, Board of Directors communications, operational and decision-making cadences, reporting and systems integration, cross-functional collaboration and alignment, and high-priority cross-company projects to help Rowan scale and operate effectively- People Experience (HR): People are the center of our organization, our mission, and our culture. Especially in a startup environment, each person has an immense impact on how we operate and how we support one another in making a more sustainable world. I am dedicated to creating a workplace where every individual can thrive, grow, and contribute their best. Employee engagement, development, and clarity are at the core of my strategy.
