Together with my team, I build a SaaS web application that enables automation, data collection, control, and monitoring of laboratory devices at scale. Reporting to the CTO, my responsibilities include:• Foster team happiness• Mentorship and individual development of direct reports• Ensure high quality and compliance of the team’s work in a highly regulated GxP environment• Roadmap and capacity planning for all related engineering work• Manage software releases and deployment topics• Technical assessment, conception, implementation, and review of solutions• Daily peer code reviews• Facilitate communication between Product, Project, Design, and Engineering teams• Contribute to product discussions, helping set direction with both technical and user impact in mind• Convince my CTO that there’s almost no justifiable use case for Array.prototype.reduce
