   Responsible for streamlining the supply chain and manufacturing operations across multiple products lines across Bandit Industries, Inc. Responsible for complete Supply Chain & Procurement ($110 million spends) at Bandit. Improving efficiencies on manufacturing lines- labor hours, process and formation of new teams. Responsible for working on implementing lean manufacturing Kaizen principles company-wide.(Kanban,5s, TPM) Design changes to improve the overall performance of the finished equipment by changing material, design or components using 3D Cad modeling (Solid Edge) and established test methods to meet Bandit’s specifications. Responsible for all the new vendor development activities at Bandit. Responsible for all the supplier quality and warranty issue resolution using PPAP, APQP and DFMEA techniques. Responsible for designing and mapping the complete supply chain and logistics process workflow at Bandit and implementing supply chain and procurement policies at Bandit. Currently working on multiple cost reductions projects which relate to design changes, product changes and material changes.
