There, I played a vital role in supplier sourcing and vendor onboarding, deploying my competencies in management consulting and Lean Six Sigma to enhance the company\'s supplier base. During my tenure at Healthmug, our team on-boarded multiple suppliers, thanks to a strategic approach rooted in identifying key evaluation parameters, which I contributed to significantly. These skills, along with basic to advanced proficiency in MicroExcel, enabled us to secure high-quality suppliers, greatly supporting the organization\'s goals.
