   Assumed program oversight of recently FedRAMP authorized product, Trimble Unity Construct, with an estimated budget of $3M per year. Improvements to the program were made by working with vendors, partners, and internal teams to speed up ConMon handling and communication between all necessary parties- Manage FedRAMP/IL4 program development for multiple products with estimated budget of $10M per year. Responsibilities include coordinating months-long gap analyses with advisors, product SMEs, and senior leadership, developing financial models, and working with senior leadership to develop a build, implementation, and authorization plan. Project build will kick off in late 2025- Guide engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure continued success of FedRAMP authorization- Led teams through revision 5 uplift in 2024- Achieved GovRAMP authorization via FedRAMP reciprocity- Serve as the FedRAMP/GovRAMP/DoD subject matter expert for the company- Overall duties include: Program Oversight, Project Planning and Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Program Communication, Process Improvement, Budget and Resource Management, Training and Education, Vendor Management, and Policy and Guideline Development.
