In my role, I focus on the capabilities initiatives that sustain the Amex/Hilton partnership and drive forward the goals of the Hilton Cobrand Portfolio. As a colleague, my goal is to understand and leverage Amex\'s strategy and excellence of the user experience to create a seamless customer journey for our Hilton Honors Card Members beginning with their acquisition. My day-to-day tasks include capabilities project management, business and product discovery with agile methodology, data management and capabilities support across all Cobrands, and internal and external partner management and communication.
