Red provides regional resourcing expertise and in the South West & South Wales (where we founded), we have worked with over 80% of the region’s Centres and are a founding member of the South West Contact Centre forum and members of the Welsh Contact Centre forum. Red provides its Clients and Partners with a depth of expertise in bench marking; temporary and permanent Agent recruitment; designing bespoke screening and Assessment models; development of effective processes for on-site management/integration of temporary Agent communities and effective integration of recruitment, induction, training and retention processes. Red’s aim is deliver our value proposition of high quality, regionally influenced contact centre recruitment expertise to Contact Centres throughout the UK.
