I have spent many of the past 15 years working through virtually every position within a restaurant - hourly and management, service and culinary - with experience ranging from counter-service Hawaiian Tacos to running a $2M wine cellar and fine-dining experiences. I am an expert in all things F&B operations, including restaurant openings, day-to-day service, holiday and event planning and execution, vendor relations, hiring and retention, health and safety, and culture building and recovery. I have accumulated a wealth of experience beyond operations, both doing independent consulting and working in-house for some of the largest restaurant groups in the U.S. Considered an industry expert in recipe R&D and costing, purchasing and sourcing, bookkeeping and accounting, training and development, consumer insights, customer success management, data and analytics, I have the tenacity and expertise to work alongside a diverse range of clients with a variety of needs to solve their current problems and achieve their future goals.
