Kimberly A. Ferguson consistently demonstrates the ability to educate, engage and motivate an audience. Professionally, she has more than 20 years of combined experience in the areas of Training, Education, Human Resources, Marketing/Business Development, and Management. Having worked for public, private, start-up, non-profit companies, as well as in Secondary and Higher Education; Kimberly has a diverse and attention-grabbing professional background. A skilled trainer/presenter, Kimberly enjoys analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. In addition, Kimberly is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, a New Jersey State Certified Teacher of English, and a New Jersey State Certified Teacher of Internet/Online Technology. She has designed and assisted in the implementation of successful Career Development and Professional Development programs for schools, corporations, and non-profits. Passionate about helping others grow professionally, Kimberly authored a career development book,\"Marketing You: Be STRATEGIC\", which hit the Amazon.com Best Seller List in 2016, and has already inspired and motivated many to take charge of their careers. Kimberly worked closely with the consulting team at Comprehensive Educational Resources, LLC to design and deliver customized training programs for educators and support staff in public and alternative high schools. In the non-profit realm, Kimberly has created and deployed successful train-the-trainer programs for adult-literacy, career development programs for adults, and leadership programs for youth for community development corporations. In her role as Associate Director of Learning & Development at The College of New Jersey, she revamped the Learning & Development program launching a number of new training initiatives. Kimberly continues to successfully manage her training and consulting business, Excel Service Consulting d/b/a/ K-Ferg Training.
