About Keziah Colleton

Hello, I’m Keziah. I am the Principal Attorney and Founder of Launchbird Legal, a boutique, flat-fee based Intellectual Property and Immigration law firm. My proudest accomplishments thus far are becoming an attorney and business owner. I have an immense passion for helping others. Additionally, I take great pride in using my knowledge to solve and prevent problems for others. My passion for fairness guided me to law school, and my fascination of the intersection of law, business, and the arts pointed me towards the practice areas of intellectual property and immigration law. These two areas allow me to bridge the gap between my creative and analytical sides. In my practice, I help small businesses and creatives protect their brands and creations with trademarks, copyrights, and contracts. The firm also helps business owners, investors, artists, and families obtain immigrant and non-immigrant visas. I hold a B.S. in both Legal Studies and Forensic Psychology from the University of Evansville. I received my J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. I am admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Kentucky, and the District of Columbia. When I am not lawyering, you can find me recipe testing in the kitchen, curled up with a book, writing, planning my next trip, playing piano, or spending time with my family and dogs.
