Not every hero wears a cap—some wear helmets, goggles, and carry a measuring tape.Hi there, I’m Keyur : a Mechanical Engineer responsible for machine reliability, minimising downtime, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly—because machines have a habit of breaking down at the mostly when I out punch.Currently, I’m working as a Senior Executive at SRF Ltd.(SCB), Dahej—part of a global manufacturing organization with operations in India, Thailand, South Africa, and Hungary, exporting products to more than 90 countries. Before joining SRF, I worked at Atul Ltd.(CO/West) as a Senior Executive, handling maintenance challenges from pumps to pipelines, fieldwork to CMMS systems, and coordinating across teams to make sure work gets done—on time, safely.Earlier in my journey, I worked as a Trainee Engineer at Vital Laboratories Pvt. Ltd, Vapi, where I learned the value of PM,PdM, maintaining GMP standards, and staying calm during audits.My career started as an Apprentice Trainee at Atul Ltd.(BI Division), stepping onto the field with notebook in hand and questions in mind. That phase taught me the fundamentals of maintenance, safety culture, PTW, PPEs, 5S, engineering drawings, and how to handle machines that are bigger, louder, and smarter than they look.I love rolling up my sleeves and getting hands dirty—that’s where real learning begins.Always learning.
