I am the founder and president of RISE2GETHER, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Asian women to reach their full potential in their careers and beyond. Since launching in June 2024, we have built a 100% Asian women–led and volunteer-driven movement that has already welcomed 1,500+ attendees, partnered with 100+ speakers, and mobilized 300+ volunteers through 40+ in-person events in Seattle. My passion lies in creating spaces where women can be seen, heard, and celebrated—through authentic connections, leadership development, and community support. I am deeply inspired by the belief that leadership is not about titles, but about the impact we create for others.
