Lead the planning and execution of annual fundraising campaigns and signature events, consistently surpassing revenue targets and increasing donor engagement.Increase the recurring donor base, enhance donor communications, and drive donor participation through targeted outreach and stewardship strategies.Cultivate and steward long-term relationships with individual and major donors, corporate sponsors, and local businesses to secure financial and in-kind support.Develop and manage the Planned Giving Legacy Society and oversee the organization’s formal endowment plan to support long-term financial sustainability.Assist with the grant writing process by supporting the creation and management of the annual grant calendar, contributing to proposal development and submissions, preparing reports, and collaborating with program and finance staff, and our grant consulting partner to ensure alignment and successful implementation of grant-funded initiatives.Manage event and campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while maximizing return on investment and mission impact.Spearheaded community engagement strategies, working with 3,490 volunteers who donated 12,793 hours to support community events and fundraisers in 2024.Utilize CRM platforms including Salesforce, Blackbaud, and Raiser’s Edge—leveraging advanced settings for affluence and wealth data analysis—to maintain accurate donor records, evaluate donor capacity, and strategically identify and segment high-impact donor profiles for targeted cultivation.Serve as a key representative of the organization at community meetings, school functions, and collaborative events throughout the Greater Houston area.Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop and promote campaign materials, boost visibility, and drive audience engagement across digital and community platforms.
