I entered the cannabis space in early 2017 when California was going from prop 215 to rec. My start in commercial real estate quickly evolved into a specialty of helping clients secure zoned compliant properties in one of the most complex industries in the world. By late 2017, I saw where the market was headed and went all in, developing a 550-light indoor cultivation facility with full manufacturing and distribution. That’s when The Cannabis Campus was born. Working hands-on with brands, structuring co-packing deals, and navigating the complex regulations is what The Cannabis Campus brands offered. Over the years, I’ve brokered more than just properties, I’ve built pathways to scale. The Cannabis Campus is a brand incubation agency that provides brands with in house manufacturers, cultivators, distributors, and retailers that is existing in there ecosystem. We’ve evolved from a single licensed operation to a network of strategic partnerships across the U.S, helping brands break into markets without breaking the bank.
