ABOUT KEVIN RIVERA
I’ve been involved with our youth since I was a teen, working summers as a soccer counselor at many soccer camps in Washington D.C. I knew, even then, that working with children was a big goal for me. I started out to learn all I could about coaching, nutrition, fitness and mentoring—from being a good role model to planning sessions and organizing events—with an overall eye to keeping our youth fit and learning life skills I was delighted with every detail. I believe that sports and fitness are crucial to a child’s development.
