Kevork is a commercial real estate development and finance professional focused on creating places to live, work, and stay across the Pacific Northwest. His experience spans a broad range of asset classes including hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, office, medical, retail, industrial, car wash, and self-storage properties.He works across the full life cycle of development projects, including acquisitions, feasibility analysis, capital planning, ground-up development, construction oversight, tenant improvements, and ongoing asset and property management. Kevork focuses on bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to projects through rigorous due diligence, financial underwriting, development advisory, and owner’s representation.In addition to his development and advisory work, Kevork will serve as Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Portland’s Pamplin School of Business beginning in Fall 2026. He will teach Real Estate Finance (BUS 433 / BUS 562), a course focused on real estate valuation, underwriting, mortgage markets, and the financial structures that shape development and investment decisions.His professional approach emphasizes practical financial analysis, disciplined capital structuring, and real-world development economics, bridging academic finance concepts with the realities of building and investing in commercial real estate.
