In my current role, I leverage multiple Epic applications to register, verify, and manage patient data across the Endeavor Health system, including Evanston Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital, and Linden Oaks Hospital. I verify insurance eligibility, authenticate referrals and ensure accurate documentation within Epic to support clinical workflows.Beyond daily operations, I identify workflow inefficiencies within Epic registration and data entry processes and collaborate on improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce redundancies, and improve the overall patient and provider experience.
