About Kevin Zelensek

I have been working in talent acquisition, business operations and HR management for nearly 20 years. I was engaged in both the technical and functional aspects of human capital early on with two of the largest employers in the United States. ServiceNow offered the ideal opportunity to merge my interests in technical facilitation and process design to help clients increase the effectiveness of their systems.At ServiceNow, I help organizations achieve value by maximizing platform capabilities. I assist leaders identify and achieve strategic objectives through prescriptive metics supported by technical roadmaps. Before moving into my current role I implemented ServiceNow\'s Employee Workflow solutions, including HRCase Management and LifeCycle Events modules within the HR applications of ServiceNow and the Safe Workplace suite. Prior to joining ServiceNow, I worked at 3DResults as a Service Manager and Director. Here I focused on the implementation of integrated Recruiting Execution and Onboarding solutions within SuccessFactors. Prior to that I worked with DeVry University as a Program Manager within Talent Acquisitions developing their sourcing options and techniques, which included improving employee branding. I was also Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist with Sears Holdings Corporation and an Executive Team Leader with Target.
