I lead regional business development across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic for VIVA Railings / MetalSpaces, partnering with architects, general contractors, and specialty subcontractors to deliver complex architectural railing and metal systems from early design through execution.My focus is on early engagement, scope alignment, and positioning delegated design and design-assist solutions effectively across higher education, aviation, cultural, stadium, life sciences, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. I work closely with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure commercial strategy is aligned with execution, risk management, and long-term partnership.I value clarity, disciplined process, and consistency. Whether coordinating early design discussions, aligning internal teams, or engaging ownership groups, I prioritize transparency and collaborative problem-solving to move projects forward with confidence.I am particularly interested in how technology and process design can modernize commercial construction. I actively explore applications of AI and automation in bid strategy, pricing alignment, document workflows, and integrated project delivery with a long-term focus on reducing friction and helping organizations scale intelligently.Outside of work, I’m a husband and father and a former high-level athlete, coach, and referee. The discipline, composure, and leadership developed through sport continue to shape how I operate in high-stakes, team-oriented environments.
