I concentrate my practice on complex insurance coverage matters, including cases that involve class actions against insurance carriers, insurance coverage, products, and other commercial litigation. After almost 37 years of practice I still enjoy working with interesting clients on interesting cases. I especially enjoy collaborating with clients to establish creative and flexible alternative fee arrangements. I believe in increasing value for our clients through non-traditional fee arrangements.I frequently write and speak on insurance topics involving all types of insurance products and I present to groups about the Consumer Product Safety Commission\'s publicly available database and its implications for product manufacturers including the new consumer laws enacted in Canada, Japan, Australia and the European Union.I co-author \"Ohio Insurance Coverage\" published by Thomson Reuters. The 2022 Edition is now available both in print and online at WestLaw. Currently I am working on some interesting and complex insurance coverage cases and class actions in addition to the commercial litigation that I regularly handle.In the fall of 2018 I celebrated 15 years as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. I have taught several courses, including Trial Tactics and I\'m currently teaching first year law students which provides an endlessly gratifying way for me to give back to the profession I love.
