For the past twelve years, I have served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Spencer Gifts LLC and Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC, a privately-held national retail company operating more than permanent and seasonal stores in the United States and Canada. As General Counsel for Spencer\'s and Spirit Halloween, I govern all legal matters and advise on business issues relative to the operations of the stores, merchandise, litigation, insurance, contracts, intellectual property, government and statutory compliance, public relations and media issues, real estate, and all employment and Human Resource issues arising from an annual employment base in excess of employees. As Senior Vice President, I also supervise the Customs, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Loss Prevention Departments.
