Also built web applications using ASP.NET MVC, and console applications (both written in.NET 6). • Built and maintained multiple libraries that allowed easy interaction with complex 3rd party REST APIs. • Was the point man on an initiative to observe how development was done, find problems/inefficiencies/security issues and suggest ways to improve. I created development standards for the department, then conducted training sessions with the development department from time to time to help them develop better and/or learn new technologies. • Helped conduct interviews of new Developers. Would then summarize for management their skill sets, general knowledge levels, and gave feedback on how they would fit into our team.
