I have over 18 years of experience as a Professional Bike Fitter, ProfessionalBike Technician, Certified Endurance Coach, and Endurance Athlete competing in multiple distance endurance events including multiple Ironman Distances as well. I have coached multiple athletes to podium and finishes from Super Sprint to Full Ironman Triathlons. I am an Ironman® Certified Endurance Coach, FIST® Certified Bike Fitter, USAT Certified Fitter, Guru DFU Fit Bike Certified, BikeFit PSC Certified Fitter, Certified Bike Technician, and a Multiple Ironman Distance Finisher as well as multiple 70.3, Olympic, Sprint, and Super Sprint accomplishments including podiums and USAT Nationals Qualifier.
