I\'m an experienced leader with full P&L accountability and deep expertise in the food & beverage industry - in both CPG and Retail / Foodservice. My career spans small private start-ups to large public companies, and growth environments ranging from organic growth to significant M&A integrations. With extensive experience developing teams, driving market growth, and implementing strategic initiatives, I continue to achieve consistent top and bottom-line results. I\'ve cooked, sold, led, built, pushed through to help my teams succeed, and learned a ton, mostly when I\'ve fallen short. I used play piano hours daily for decades, thought I might try my had at being a doctor at one point (yikes), and fell in love with food and cooking when I fell in love with my wife and took a part time cooking gig to pay for our honeymoon. Lots of hard work and an equal amount of luck have helped me land in those rare-gem leadership roles where I\'m trusted to be the steward of someone\'s amazing vision, and I get to help my teams realize they know way more than they think they do.
