Ensuring correct technology is in place to support and enable business growth and scaling events, such as M&A projects and data migrations. Assessing/auditing 3rd party IT security, and assisting/answering technical questions on incoming audits. Delivering consierge and service excellence to assigned Intalex Clients at all times. Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 products, applications, licensing, commercial implications, competitive pricing, margins.
