   As the Assistant Coordinator for Grades 9-12 at the Center for Talent Development, I am responsible for the development and execution of the high school academic and residential programming. I have:Expanded student enrollment by an average of 25%.Created a more robust raft of one-week enrichment courses and developed new three-week offerings that have been very popular with families. In 2025, the number of one-week classes increased by 50%. Automated the lab protocol generation process, which provides instrumental support to four critical stakeholders: our NU Partners in General Chemistry who host both our biology and chemistry wet labs, our instructors, who now only need to approve the labs whose protocols have already been created, our families who want their students to have a Northwestern experience, to conduct experiments and collect data in an elite university lab, and to our Supply Manager/CTD, who only needs to order the supplies needed for labs that we do not have in inventory.Pioneered Sports Media & Culture for English Language Learners, this course concept was designed to provide accelerated program access for new student populations. In this case, for international students who are academically accelerated and developing their English Language fluency.
