Responsible for the daily operations, safety and security of a warehouse/distribution facility and network supporting the Banking industry, planning and procurement of material for deployment and the financial performance of the operation. This position is responsible for tactical as well as certain strategic activities associated with on-going operations. Interface with Corporate Operations, IT, Security, Human Resources, 3rd party providers including suppliers and vendors and other internal partners.Job responsibilities:• Lead a team of managers responsible for safe and efficient warehouse operations,procurement, inventory control, quality and value add services.• Manage the receipt, storage, value add services and fulfillment of hardware orders for theBanking industry• Established and measure KPIs and performance targets for all warehouse-related functions• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for the personnel, equipmentand operations of the facility.• Manage budgets and forecasting for operational costs, personnel and inventory• Coordinate with supply and deployment partners to maintain appropriate levels of inventoryand assets to meet customer requirements and meet cost targets• Drive safety, process and cost improvement projects to improve profitability• Develop, maintain and execute employee engagement and talent management plans• Maintain a safe, healthy and positive work environment• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies andapplicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
