As a Tech Elevator graduate where I have gained a foundation of tech skills. I hope to take these skills to a company where I can continue to learn from as well as bring my life experience to help elevate those around me. I thrive on teams committed to growth and who are committed to what they are doing. If you have a position on a development team I would love to hear from you.My tech journey began as I imagine many did, with an infatuation with new technology. My intrigue to find out more about how these things work has blossomed into my new career choice of programming. Just as in my last career, there is always something I can fix or improve, and in this case endless knowledge to be gained.This leap comes after a successful ten years in the hospitality industry where I had many different experiences ranging from setting up new restaurants and procedures to updating longstanding operating procedures with optimization in mind. As anyone who has spent time in this industry will tell you, the pressures felt on the line and serving the guest in the dining room is unlike any other. Dealing with stress with a smile is not something everyone can do while managing a team of people. The lessons learned in my time as a chef will be invaluable in my life and for any career, I venture out to.
