About Kevin Sudsberry
With over 10 years of experience in human resources and 20+ years of military leadership, I am an HR Manager at Ensono, a leading IT service provider that helps clients transform their businesses with cloud and digital solutions. I hold a Master of Arts in HR Management from Webster University, as well as a Master of International Studies from North Carolina State University. In my current role, I oversee the associate relations function for over 300 employees across multiple locations, providing guidance, support, and coaching on various HR issues and policies, such as performance management, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. I also partner with senior leaders and managers to drive strategic workforce planning, talent strategy, and goal setting, using best practices and data-driven insights.
