I specialize in operations training, plant safety, and accident reduction in the Materials Manufacturing industry.As a senior executive, I have extensive leadership experience in asset redeployment, debt and equity financing, capital restructuring, executive mentoring, high-level negotiations, Lean Manufacturing, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic planning.Maximizing organizational effectiveness, optimizing quality, enhancing loyalty, and product/service alignment by leveraging best practices and continuous improvement methodologies have been and will continue to be a cornerstone of my career.
