I thrive in senior leadership roles where I can take on the toughest business challenges, especially when I can use a combination of high IQ for complex problem solving, elevated EQ to guide diverse organizations through adversity, and Adaptability Quotient (AQ) to navigate today\'s rapidly changing environment driven by technology and AI advancements. From designing four-wheel drive systems for Jeeps and Dodge trucks, to leading a $1.2 billion procurement, to running operations for an essential mode of public transit in Toronto with a unionized workforce, and most recently leading critical regulatory compliance initiatives as a technology and data executive for a global bank, it’s been quite a ride so far. My employers have entrusted me with some of the most difficult programs within each company and I’m happy to deliver wins. I’ve also learned so much along the way and it’s allowed me to build an extensive business toolkit to take on new challenges.I have expertise in engineering, product development, manufacturing, process re-engineering, procurement and supply chain, program and project management, technology development, digital transformation, operations leadership, finance, governance, risk management, compliance, and data. These diverse and deep experiences combined with an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School and an Engineering degree from Queen’s University equip me to bridge strategy and execution in many business contexts.
