These new initiatives have included implementing a brand-new website, establishing the new OMAG All Access podcast, implementing a green-screen video studio, and providing websites to over half a dozen municipal coalition partners such as CMAO and OACP. Additionally, my cloud-first strategy’s implementation efforts were rewarded during the Covid-19 pandemic when OMAG’s entire staff was able to work flexibly and remotely when needed, while maintaining our accustomed high level of customer service with a simple and smooth transition, proving that OMAG is now technologically resilient in the face of disaster. Finally, and most critically, my team, under my direct, day-to-day supervision, completed a $1.4M Origami implementation during that very same pandemic, a migration that Origami staff has called one of the smoothest and most collaborative in their history, and an accomplishment that demonstrates my skill at management and planning during a crisis.
