My opportunity and passion as a district manager for Farmers Insurance is to recruit individuals I believe have the skills, ability and desire to excel in our field. Most often, we take individuals who have little or no insurance experience and mold them into not only very successful salespeople/advisers, but successful small business owners. Yes, it is sales, and yes, it is insurance, but we\'re building successful small businesses that can create financial independence like few others can. It\'s all about our agency owners, coaching them, mentoring them, advising and counseling them in there business and personal lives and doing everything we can to make them better for t he customers they represent. The opportunity and passion I have to \"make it happen\" for our people is what gets me to the office at 6:30 am each morning.
