Kevin Sanchez is the lead program coordinator for NYU McSilver Institute\'s project involvement in NYC\'s Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC). TTAC provides training and technical assistance to mental health professionals serving children 0-5 and their families in New York City. Role Responsibilities: Program & Event Management: Manage event, training & meeting logistics to ensure successful program implementation such as: Answering client inquires on zendesk; Crafting event invitations; Managing client registration; Coordinating team & presenter schedules; Updating program website; Managing submission of continuing education credits; creating and administering program survey; archiving and dissemination of event materials. Research Management: Conducting relevant research such as web based video conferencing functionality to ensure satisfactory client and participant experience; Researching various national offerings related to early child mental health; Researching various vendors to ensure optimal pricing. Program Reporting: Collaborate with program partners to collect data for monthly report; Manage reporting workflows and appropriate data hygiene management for monthly reports; Suggest improvements/adjustments when necessary. Program Finances: Onboard new vendors via NYU procurement system; Purchase necessary program materials and merchandise; Process program related expenses vendors; Closely monitor costs associated with any in person events.
